Terms of Sale

By using the Boarderline website and by ordering products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions set out underneath. This web site was created and is served from Italy, Italian law therefore governs it and should any legal discrepancy occur, it will be dealt with in an Italian court of law.

Price and Availability

The prices shown on borderline.it/shop include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are valid exclusively for online purchases, they may not coincide with the prices and offers valid in the shop. Garment prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown during the checkout process.

We provide you with as much product info as possible before you order. If you are unclear as to sizing, color, or have any questions about a product, please contact us before you order. After that, you have to decide what you think will work for you the best.

Cart

Choose the color, size, and quantity of a product, and just add it to your cart. Easy. If a product won’t go into your cart, it is probably out of stock. Please contact us to see what’s up. Before you pay, make sure you check that everything is exactly as you want it.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments you have purchased, you have 14 calendar days from delivery in which to return them. To return a garment you must carry out the following steps:

  1. E-mail us at shop@boarderline.it, indicating the article you want to return and specifying why.
  2. Send the idem to:

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

  • Garments that have not been washed or used in any way.
  • Garments that are in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached.
  • The product is complete (for example, you must return both items in a pair).

If a returned article does not comply with these requirements, we will not refund you.

Payment

  • Credit Card, without additional charge, safe and immediate transition with VPOS SIA .
  • PayPal: you can use PayPal, Visa, Matercard, Discover, American Express, or Carta Aura for payment. This method of payment are fast and secure.
  • Bank Transfer: If you decide to use a bank transfer for payment, there will be no additional charge. As soon as we receive your transfer, we will send your goods. If you want to make sure your order gets to you faster, email us a confirmation of your transfer, and we’ll send it at that moment.

Shipping

Boarderline sends everything with the shipping company Bartolini. This way, we know where your products are, until they arrive at your house. When you order, you will receive an email with all of the shipping data, so you can easily track your goods.
